  Shuttle runs from 3-7 pm on check-in day, and 7-11 am on check-out day

• Longer travel shuttles from Toulouse Airport cost an additional fee (€120).
  All shuttles can be booked in 2025 up to 3 weeks before your session begins.

We’re sorry you couldn’t book the session you wanted. People do cancel. To join the waitlist:

• If you want to be waitlisted for a specific session, click on the Béduer product below and on the product page select the session(s) you are hoping to attend. Enter your email on the session waitlist to be alerted when the session is back in stock!

• OR if you want to be waitlisted for all openings, click on the Join the Waitlist button below to be informed of any openings in any session.

• The waitlist is a non-prioritized system: everyone on the waitlist has an equal chance when a spot opens.

• You can book with a 30% deposit if the session is further than 90 days away.

• You will receive an email notification to pay the remainder of your invoice, which is due 90 days before your camp session.

• If you do not pay your invoice on time, you will automatically be refunded your deposit and your spot will be opened to people on the waitlist, and then the general public.

For easy group bookings, you have two options:

1. One person books for multiple people on the website and fills out the information for each member of your group. Other members pay that person back for paying the deposits. Pros: you know that everyone gets in, Cons: One person is doing and paying for it.

2. Each person books. If anyone doesn't get into the desired session, please sign up for a different session and contact us to be put on the "to change" and hopefully as people ask to move around or maybe cancel, we can put you together with your group. Pros: everyone pays for themselves. Cons: someone might need to be on a "to change list".

Groups with 6 or more total can get 10% off using code: GROUP10. If the group falls to below 6 before the time invoices are due, we will ask you to pay full price on the final invoice.

Camp Château is funded by over 300 women founding members and equity investors. Only Founding Members are permitted to attend the Founder’s Weeks. We confirm the Founder status of every booking at a Founder’s Week and automatically refund and cancel any non-founder bookings.

Founders may choose to attend a session outside of Founder’s Weeks as their annual free session, as long as they remain a founder.

We’re so glad you’re here. If you’re nervous because of things like snoring (we have earplugs) or traveling alone (you’ll be surrounded by fellow campers the moment you arrive) or needing quiet time (introverts love our camps too), we understand completely. If you’d like some extra reassurance, you have a few options. You can find us at info@campchateau.com and you can find fellow potential and booked campers at Pocket Château and booked campers at the Facebook group. (The Facebook group is only available to confirmed bookings). Also, our instagram comment section usually has some old campers ready to support you in your questions.
