• 2026 Early Bird Price was €2400 per person for Béduer and €2450 for Camon.

• 2027 Early Bird Price is €2520per person for Béduer and €2575 for Camon.

• We accept a 30% deposit at the time of booking and the remainder is due 90 days ahead of your stay.

• Everything is refundable up to 90 days before your session begins. Refunds will be issued in full minus the payment processor fees actually charged to us for your transaction. These fees are not retained by Camp Château and are usually around 3-4%).

Included in this price is:

• Breakfast, lunch, and dinner

• Wine with lunch and dinner

• Accommodation for 6 days and 5 nights

• On-site electives 5-6 options per day

• Off-site electives 2-3 opportunities per session

• Free pick-up and drop-off from local train station: Figeac is included for Château de Béduer.

Not included:

• Longer travel shuttles are optional and not included in the price.

• On-site massages are optional and not included in the price.

We welcome all women ages 21 and older.

Women 18+ can attend with a 21+ camper.

Camp Château is founded by women who support the LGBTQIA+ community. Trans women are women, and therefore welcome at our camp.

Camp instructors and staff may include all genders.

• Campers reserve a spot with a 30% deposit at checkout.

• The remaining 70% balance is due 90 days before your session. We will email reminders close to the due date.

You may book for a group of up to 6 campers.

For easy group bookings, you have two options:

Option 1: One person books for the whole group as group captain.
One person can reserve spots for everyone in a group and can choose to enter camper information at the time of booking, or later in the customer portal. Each member of the group will have 10 minutes to make their deposit payment on a portal page that the booker can send to them in email.

Alternatively, the person making the booking can pay the full 30% group deposit upfront and collect reimbursement from the others privately.

After the booking is submitted, members of a group can log into the customer portal to check in and update their own preferences (diet, allergies, shuttles etc).

Option 2: Each person books individually
Each group member can make their own booking. If anyone’s preferred session is full, they should join the waitlist for that session — we’ll contact them as soon as a spot opens up.
In the customer portal, each person can also note their bunkmate requests to ensure rooming preferences are matched where possible.

You can request your bunkmate(s) in the customer portal after booking or during your booking process. We do our best to honor all bunkmate requests and usually are able to meet all requests. The final room assignments are made shortly before camp and you will get your room assignment when you check in.

On the reservations page select your desired session and click on “Join a waitlist”. As you enter your details you will be asked to select an accommodation type. If that accommodation type is sold out you will see a “Waiting List” alert. You can proceed with your booking and at check out you will be placed on the waiting list for that accommodation type for that session. You will be contacted as soon as a slot becomes available and you will then have 48 hours to confirm the booking with a deposit payment.

You can access shuttle bookings, scheduling and payment in your customer portal. Shuttles must be booked at least two weeks before your session start date. If you need to cancel a shuttle reservation, please do so at least three weeks before your session by emailing info@campchateau.com. Cancellations requested within three weeks of your session are non-refundable.

At Camp Château, inclusion is at the heart of our mission. The Happy Camper Opportunity Fund was established in the spirit of inclusivity, to provide supplemental financial support for campers who would not otherwise be able to attend Camp Chateau.

Thanks to the generosity of our Founders and Campers, we’ve received the donations needed to move forward with the Happy Camper Opportunity Fund.

In addition to the fund, Camp Château will donate a camp spot for every €10k raised.

We invite you to make your request to receive a portion of the fund by telling us about yourself, what your financial needs are and how these funds could help make a difference. The application form is available here.

Requests for financial assistance to attend the 2026 camp season must be received by March 1, 2026 and we will consider the first 100 applications that we receive. Applications for assistance with 2027 attendance will be considered at a later date.

Oui, oui, and oui! We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your Camp Château adventure — and if you really want to pack your bags with peace of mind, look for a policy that includes a Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) rider. We don't offer travel insurance directly, but a quick search for "travel insurance with CFAR" will turn up plenty of options to compare. We'd suggest purchasing a policy shortly after booking, as many CFAR policies have a window after your initial booking date during which they must be purchased. Life has a way of being unpredictable, and a good policy means you can book with confidence and focus on the important things — like spending a week in a French château. 🧡
