Camp Bookings
If your booking is more than 90 days ahead, then you are placing a 30% deposit of €675. Complete payment is due 90 days before your session start date.
If your booking is less than 90 days ahead, then you are paying full price of €2250.

Longer travel shuttles from Toulouse Airport cost an additional fee (€132).
All shuttles can be booked in 2025 up to 3 weeks before your session begins.Flights and/or trains to/from France

2025 Early Bird Price is 2250€ total per person.
Campers reserve a spot with a 30% deposit (€675) at checkout if the session begins more than 90 days from now or with a 100% payment (2250€) otherwise.The remaining 70% balance for people paying a deposit is due 90 days before the session.
We will contact you for that remainder approximately 1-2 months before it is due.Everything is fully refundable up to 90 days before your session.
If you do not pay your invoice on time, you will automatically be refunded your deposit and your spot will be opened to people on the waitlist, and then the general public.

For easy group bookings, you have two options:
1. One person books for multiple people on the website and fills out the information for each member of your group. Other members pay that person back for paying the deposits. Pros: you know that everyone gets in, Cons: One person is doing and paying for it.
2. Each person books. If anyone doesn't get into the desired session, please join the waitlist for your preferred session and you will be notified as soon as a space is available.
Groups with 6 or more total can get 10% off using code: GROUP10. If the group falls to below 6 before the time invoices are due, we will ask you to pay full price on the final invoice.

Camp Château is funded by over 300 women founding members and equity investors. Only Founding Members are permitted to attend the Founder’s Weeks. We confirm the Founder status of every booking at a Founder’s Week and automatically refund and cancel any non-founder bookings.
Founders may choose to attend a session outside of Founder’s Weeks as their annual free session, as long as they remain a founder.

We’re so glad you’re here. If you’re nervous because of things like snoring (we have earplugs) or traveling alone (you’ll be surrounded by fellow campers the moment you arrive) or needing quiet time (introverts love our camps too), we understand completely. If you’d like some extra reassurance, you have a few options. You can find us at info@campchateau.com and you can find fellow potential and booked campers at Pocket Château and booked campers at the Facebook group. (The Facebook group is only available to confirmed bookings). Also, our instagram comment section usually has some old campers ready to support you in your questions.
You deserve rest, rejuvenation, and fun and we hope we can make taking the leap easy for you.
Shuttle Bookings
Travel to Béduer
Château de Béduer is located at Le Château, 46100 Béduer, France
The most common ways campers get to Béduer are:
Figeac to Béduer →
Figeac is a lovely town 15 minutes from camp. We will pick you up for free from Figeac between 3pm and 7pm on check-in day.
Toulouse to Béduer →
Toulouse is a 2 hour drive from Camp. Shuttles to and from Toulouse Airport are available on arrival and check out days for an extra fee.
Rental cars are available at Toulouse airport and there is plenty of free parking available at camp.
There is also a train from Toulouse Station to Figeac, the train station nearest Château de Bêduer.
Reservations for shuttles must be made 3 weeks in advance.
