End of Inaugural Season Special Edition

Hello Campers, Founding Members and the Château Curious,
What an amazing summer we have had here at Camp Château. Our last campers left on August 13th and wrapped up an incredible first season.
During the summer many campers asked me if it was meeting my expectations and each time I told them that it blew through my highest expectations on day one, and that every session was just as wonderful, or even more wonderful, than the one before.
One of our campers posted on social media after her session and we think she said it perfectly…’these beautiful humans touched my soul this week and I miss them already"..
We played, we danced, we lazed by the pool, we dabbled in watercolors and jam making and candlemaking, we made essential oils, we foraged, rode horseback and went kayaking, we ate delicious french food and drank yummy local wine, we napped in hammocks and we gazed at the milky way, and we got BADGES for all of it!
All of that we expected, and it was fabulous fun and wonderfully relaxing. What we didn’t expect were the magical connections that we formed, the new friendships and bonds that were forged, and the incredible powerful beauty of women coming together to just enjoy themselves and be authentic and relaxed. It was astonishing.
You may have noticed that we didn’t post any social content of our own this summer, we only reposted what our founding members and our campers posted - so that you could see what their experiences were like.

We were in awe of the campers who came this summer - they were bold enough to come to our very first year, and they were so encouraging and kind to us as we did our best to get it right from the beginning.
They all hold a special place in our hearts as the Year One Camp Château cohort!

As the season progressed, and word spread, we got busier and busier and we are already close to SOLD OUT for several of our 2024 sessions.
If you are hoping to join us next year, please book now to ensure you can get the session that you want. Here is how the 2024 camp season capacity looks as of today (August 17, 2023)… as you can see, we are filling up fast!
Our Early Bird pricing of €2049 is available for deposits made before midnight PST on September 1st, 2023. Prices will go up to €2149 on September 2nd, 2023. So please don’t delay - book here to save your slot!
In other exciting news, this week we celebrated our 100th Founding Member! That is 100 fabulous women who have invested in our women owned, designed, managed and dedicated business, and in their own wellness. Founding Membership starts as low as €6500 and our Founding Members receive 5% interest and are guaranteed a free slot at Camp EVERY summer.

Finally, my co-founders, Leah and Lynda, and I want to thank our incredible 2023 summer team: our property and grounds managers - Di, Steve, Emily and Ruth; our camp counselors - Edara and Manon; our chef - Jérémy; our local village teenage summer staff - Amilie and Justin; and we want to give a very special thank you to our camp director, Tegwen, whose warm heart, empathetic nature, organizational talents, amazing teaching skills and gifted leadership made this summer as special as it was. Thank you with all my heart to all of you who came this year and who are planning to come next summer, and to all of you who follow us on social media and have posted encouragement and have celebrated what we have been doing. This has been the most rewarding summer for me in my (long!) career and I am honored to be a part of something so magical.
