Our Mission

Our mission is to provide inclusive spaces for women where they can rest, rejuvenate, and have fun. Our in-person summer camps welcome women to a relaxing, all-inclusive sleep-away camp experience, and our online community offers a virtual haven. Whether joining us in a mideaval French Abbey, Château, or through our Pocket Château workshops and connections, we encourage every woman to curate her own adventure—selecting activities, experiences, and connections that bring joy.

Our Values

  • Excellence

We aim to deliver quality work, defined in collaboration with managers and teammates. Perfection doesn’t exist, but excellence does—and it’s a shared effort. We expect you to ask for support when you need it so that together we can maintain high standards.

  • Joy

Work should be enjoyable. If you’re not having fun, we want to know why and how we can help. Managers are dedicated to your growth, and we welcome curiosity across roles—asking “how can we make this possible?” instead of limiting innovation.

  • Authenticity

We come as we are. Each person’s uniqueness is respected, and everyone is responsible for setting boundaries and respecting differences. This authenticity should shine through in classes, meals, and interactions—imprinting each camper’s experience with individuality.

  • Community

We build meaningful connections and support locals. Camp Château thrives on international exchange and local involvement, while staying mindful of our environmental impact. We work as a true team—aligned, communicative, and supportive—so that our community of staff and campers feels harmonious and cared for.
