2024 Packing List

We know packing can be difficult. From comfy travel clothes to dinner in a château, it can be hard to save room and pack smart. Here are tips and tricks to help you along your journey.

First, let’s go over the ground rule:

“Can I (or a friend) easily carry this up a flight of stairs?”

Our big medieval diva, Château de Béduer, is bigger than your might think. Make sure to bring a piece of luggage that you can comfortably carry to the second floor

What is the biggest mistake campers made in 2023?

They overpacked. So here’s what you’ll need and when:

Pool Time

  • Swimsuit

  • Book

  • Sunglasses

  • Sunhat

Excursions

  • Horseback Riding: Closed toe shoes (like sneakers)

  • Kayaking: Shorts & shirt you don’t mind getting wet, sandals with a heel strap recommended

  • Figeac Market: Purse/ fanny pack

Art Classes

  • We do have aprons to help protect your clothes.

Yoga & Games

Clothes you can move around comfortably in

  • Leggings are always a safe bet

Apero & Dinner

This is the opportunity a lot of campers took to wear their favorite sundress. It is not a formal camp or ‘event’. We take a group photograph on the last Apero of the week.
